Info Ai shite Knight [Love me, knight] it's a manga created by Kaoru Tada in early 80s and was later adapted to anime. It was brought to Europe in middle/late 80s and early 90s, and was showcased in countries like Germany [as Rock N' Roll Kids], France [as Embrasse moi, Lucile or Lucile, amour et Rock N' Roll], Spain [as Bésame Licia] and Italy [as Kiss me Licia], where it was specially succesful (they even did a real life TV show o_o).
It tells the story of a girl, Yakko, who falls in love with a rock singer, Go, who happens to be the eldest brother of her new little friend Hashizo. Love triangles, drama and rock music
Now, yesterday I was watching some youtube videos and came across some songs of this anime, when looking at the cartoons I thought "Damn, if this anime were made nowadays Go wouldn't be glam but a visual kei j-rocker or something like that". My sister *Lelia encouraged me to draw my version of the characters, with revamped designs and so... here they are. The poses are copied from this official illustration:[link] It's funnier if you have something to compare XDDD
I miss good ol' animu ¡_¡
