Uhhhmmmmmm......kay.....

I've been asked several times how do I do my character designs, if I had any tips I could give, etc.

Well... there's no much to tell about it. Everybody has an inner world, I can't tell you how to make cool outfits, or impressive characters, I just can give you some tips to get started and make things easier. But the result depends of you.
That's all I can do and that's all I actually do when I design my own (except some of them that just pop out from the nothingness O__o)

Hope you find it useful, I hope I haven't left anything important behind XD

Que chula la guía/tutorial, parece algo muy simple lo de fijarse en las fotos y gente que te rodea para sacar los diseños de los personajes pero hay veces que si alguien no te lo dice uno no se da cuenta por si mismo así que seguro que a más de uno le das ideas despu^´es de que lean esto ^_^

Por cierto,de esto no vas a hacer la versión serrana? XD en español digo,jeje

HELL. YES.

This is EXACTLY the kind of design process I use for many things as well. Research, research, research! It's so rare to find someone else who emphasizes it these days!!

Thanks for that, just what I really needed :)
Now I should have a little easier way with designing my characters. Just keep in mind that I shouldn't try to get complete and much detailed character straight from start.

Te juro que leí lo de "versión serrana" y lo primero que se me vino a la cabeza fue "hacer una versión en pelotas?" XDDDDDDDDDD dios qué mal me patina la neurona.
A ve si hago la versión en cristiano sí, eque ahora mismo ando gurk @__@

jeje, eso que dices es muy cierto. Uno puede ser mediocre en dibujo o tener un talento de enfermos, la unica manera de llegar a un diseño satisfactorio es asimilando la personalidad y el pasado de tu personaje, tomar referencia, y comiendote el coco pues XD

U hay tanta gente que deberia hacer caso a eso de "entre menos, mejor"

wow, that's what i do to design characters. Sometimes I base them off of actors or musicians or other characters. One thing consistent in my characters is unusual eyes...:shrug:
