How I do to not pixelize the line?
Just don't abuse of white while playing with levels, make sure you let some gray tones so the line looks smooth.

There's some dizzy moving lines that don't allow me to paint!
:Those "movin lines" are selections. While something is selected you can only paint inside the selection. To quit the selection you may:
- Go to upper menu "Selection" and press "Deslection"
- Press Ctrl+D in your keyboard.
- Select the lasso or other selecion tool and click twice somewhere.

Where is this or that tool?
In the toolbar (logically). Put the mouse cursor over a tool and wait a second, a text dialog will appear with the name of the tool. If you're so lazy you don't wanna do it check this site: [link]

Does it work with PS higher versions?
Yes, CS2 and CS3 have the very same options and some more.
